Tech packer is a tool to streamline such complications between designers and factories while keeping the creative requirements intact.

Techpacker is a web application for growing fashion designers and brands to easily develop their design prototypes with factories around the world. The standard design development process today is very complexed and inefficient. Techpacker uses a fun and visual design project management approach by helping designer create techpacks as easy as building objects from lego bricks. Further on, designer can also invite others on their techpacks and monitor their entire developments from an organized visual environment. 

HOW TECHPACKER WORKS? 

Like an architect needs a blueprint, designers needs a thorough tech pack for successful product developments. Techpacker helps designers turn their design ideas into professional, industry standard techpacks that are sent out to factories to get quality products made. 

However Techpacker is beyond just a techpack-making tool. Designers can also monitor the entire production lifecycle of their designs through visual style boards. Like an inspiration mood-board, designers visually lays out all individual elements of a design in form of cards and invite their factories or team to send/receive comments, set due dates and keep all related information together, well organized. 

CARDS explained in 3 simple steps

1. Each product is divided into multiple CARDS.  

Cards are broken down elements of your product such as the Zipper, Button, back pocket details, a POM etc. You can add factories, suppliers or even patter-makers on these cards, update new information at any time or even re-use them in your future tech packs.

2. Each CARD has all related information stored.  

Each Individual card stores all its related information well organized inside of them. For e.g this Zipper card has the zipper Logo file from Illustrator, assigned due-dates, plus the entire conversation between designers, suppliers and their teams.
